How to eliminate the latency of the transceivers manually

1. Connect the xena tester port to port.

2. Generate one stream in each port.

3. Strat two traffic and check the min latency.

4. Set the min latency into the latency offset.

Select the Ports -> Resource Properties -> Loopback and Latency -> Latency offset
