VulcanBay can be configured (before ordering) with both copper and optical ports

For optical ports, VulcanBay supports the transceivers below:

• E10GSFPSR: Intel® Ethernet SFP+ SR Optic (1000BASE-SX 1G Ethernet & 10GBASE-SR 10G Ethernet)
• E10GSFPL: Intel® Ethernet SFP+ LR Optic (1000BASE-LX 1G Ethernet & 10GBASE-LR 10G Ethernet)
• E25GSFP28SR: Intel® Ethernet SFP28 SR Optic (10G/25GBASE-SR)
• E40GQSFPSR: Intel® Ethernet QSFP+ (40GBASE-SR4 – 4x10GbE and 1x40GbE)

For copper ports, they are RJ45 10000/1000/100M BaseT

VulcanCompact (L4-7 interfaces) can be configured (before ordering) with either copper or optical ports.
