This is the point of collection i.e. where Fedex will pick up the RMA for shipment back to Xena Networks in Denmark.
This is the product number for the Xena chassis or test module you are returning.
This is a unique HW number which should be printed on a sticker on the test module, or the back of the chassis.
Unless otherwise agreed, Xena will return the unit with the same SW release that it originally shipped with.
The more details you can provide, the better. Please include the ZenDesk ticket # if relevant.
We cannot guarantee a replacement unit but will strive to accommodate such requests.
