Return Merchandise Authorization
  • Please enter the ZenDesk ticket number. If you don't have one, please email [email protected] to confirm that an RMA is necessary.
  • Who will be responsible for shipping and receiving the RMA? (We need a contact person's name for Fedex.)
  • We need this for shipping confirmations. (This will probably be the email of the person above.)
  • This is the point of collection i.e. where Fedex will pick up the RMA for shipment back to Xena Networks in Denmark.
  • This is the product number for the Xena chassis or test module you are returning.
  • This is a unique HW number which should be printed on a sticker on the test module, or the back of the chassis.
  • Unless otherwise agreed, Xena will return the unit with the same SW release that it originally shipped with.
  • The more details you can provide, the better. Please include the ZenDesk ticket # if relevant.
  • We cannot guarantee a replacement unit but will strive to accommodate such requests.
