This represents real value – most of our competitors charge up to 20% each year for software license fees.

3 years’ HW warranty included:
We cover the cost of fixing Teledyne LeCroy Xena manufactured hardware problems for 3 years after purchase. If you encounter a HW issue on Teledyne LeCroy Xena manufactured hardware, start by visiting our main Support page for assistance. We have a global team of support technicians and a ticketing system that ensures we can respond quickly and professionally.
If it is necessary to RMA your tester, we will guide you through the process.

Xena offers free online/email support for the lifetime of the product. If you can’t find the answer in our online technical documentation, simply submit a form via our main Support page.
