HOW TO INSTALL
Once the installation is complete it will offer to launch the XenaChassisUpgrader which can update all your Xena test chassis to the new release. How to perform chassis firmware upgrades.
Note: The XenaChassisUpgrader will check if your hardware and software licenses are still valid. See more about the Xena Licensing System.
IMPORTANT NOTICES
All test modules in a chassis MUST have a valid SW maintenance license
ChassisUpgrader will check the status of the software maintenance license for all test modules in the chassis and only perform the upgrade if all test modules in the chassis have a valid software maintenance license. This has been implemented to avoid customers having unsupported configurations where SW versions in modules and chassis is not matching.
This means when you buy a new module and want to install it in an existing XenaBay chassis together with other modules, all modules in that chassis must have a valid software maintenance license to ensure any software updates required for the new module can be installed.
Please contact Xena support if you experience that a module with a valid software maintenance license is rejected by the ChassisUpgrader.Please note that the “Defined Test Chassis” list will be cleared first time you open the ChassisUpgrader.The current supported Valkyrie Windows applications like ValkyrieManager require Windows version 10 or higher.
There is no support for legacy plugins.
